EAR–SOL Ear Drops is a broad-spectrum, multi-ingredient otic preparation designed for the treatment of mixed ear infections. It combines antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and local anesthetic properties for effective symptom relief and infection control.

• Gentamicin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic effective against a wide range of gram-negative and some gram-positive bacteria.

• Beclomethasone Dipropionate is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and swelling.

• Clotrimazole is an antifungal agent that treats fungal infections of the ear.

• Lignocaine Hydrochloride is a local anesthetic that provides rapid relief from pain and discomfort.
